Seersucker Social 2012- A Gorgeous Time!

The weather couldn't have been more perfect, the company more amiable or the home brew beer more delicious!  48 people gathered at Cobb's Hill Park decked in their most dazzling 1920's summer garb and embarked on a 9 mile ride through the shady side-streets of our fair city, Rochester, NY.

Temperatures reached close to 90degrees and when the ride was over we were rewarded with deliciously cool drinks and yummy treats.  Thanks to all of our sponsors and photographers!  We'll see you next year, gang.

Pictures courtesy of Kara Tierney and Kellie McCaffery.

The ride gets a little culture at the George Eastman House.

Fashion forward.

Thank You, Everyone!

Thanks to everyone who came out on Sunday. We had about 45 people riding and about 15 more who met us at the Roundhouse. Nearly 20 more than last year! It was quite a sunny day, if a little brisk!

I stole the pictures on this page from Kellie McCaffery (above), Kara Tierney, and Sarah Vigoren. Thanks, guys!

Critical Mass / Zombie Tweed Ride

Folks, here is a great way to get more use out of those tweed outfits you've been working on so diligently.

This Friday, October 28th (tomorrow!!) is Critical Mass (a bike ride in downtown Rochester held on the last Friday of every month). We thought it would be a perfect opportunity to drum up some interest in the Tweed Ride!

So, here is what you do:

Get out the Tweed Garb.

Paint yourself up like the undead.

Meet at 6:00 pm at the Liberty Pole.

Ride in style!
